My first astral projection someone asked me how it felt I can’t even explain using clear words but just know I FELT EVERY SINGLE thing happening 4 places at once! And I saw me outside of me and then again outside of me!
I can tell you what it feels like to have an out-of-body experience. It’s not subtle. It’s not quiet. You actually think your physical body is about to lift off the bed or the chair and just fly across the room. It starts as a vibration — deep, electric, full-body. The only way I can explain it is like your soul is humming louder than your skin can hold.
When I projected, I went to meet a ten-foot-tall green being inside a spaceship. I saw myself from above my bed. Then I saw myself standing by the door, watching my body lying there. I was aware in every direction at once.
Then I projected again — into the ship.
I wasn’t in my human form anymore. I turned into a small green being with an oversized head. I remember looking at myself in a mirror. My voice had changed. My body was different. But my awareness was fully intact. I felt everything. I saw everything. I knew I was there.
That’s why I knew it wasn’t just a dream.
When I came back into my body, it was vibrating so intensely I thought I was going to lift off the bed. It felt like I might actually fly.
