By proceeding with payment and clicking “Place Order”, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the The Healers Club Services and Membership Agreement (“Agreement”), which governs all services provided by The Healers Club. This summary is provided for convenience only and does not replace the full Agreement, which remains legally binding.
The Healers Club provides professional spiritual healing and membership services including, but not limited to: tarot-reading, reiki energy healing, entity clearing, Akashic guidance, live channeled sessions, collective readings, spiritual gift amplification, group retreats, crystal healing, and personalized mentorship. All services, session details, schedules, and pricing are defined in your checkout or membership plan.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is required in advance to activate membership or book sessions. Monthly memberships must be paid in advance each billing cycle. Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of access, removal from member areas, or referral to a third-party collections agency.
You authorize The Healers Club to access relevant platforms and information necessary to deliver services (e.g., Zoom for live sessions). You confirm that all personal information you provide is accurate and owned by you. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Healers Club from any claims arising from misuse of services or your participation.
Additional sessions, private readings, or custom requests beyond your membership tier may incur extra fees. Any third-party actions affecting your energy field or session outcomes post-service are your responsibility.
Access to membership content and recordings transfers only after full payment. Until then, all materials remain the property of The Healers Club. Unauthorized distribution or use of content constitutes a breach of contract.
The Healers Club shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services. All services are provided in accordance with applicable United States law (EST timezone) and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New Jersey, United States.
